The portions were plentiful! This dish and amount of ingredients provided could easily serve 3-4 people. Mmm! I loved the combination of ingredients. This was a fragrant and tasty dish. A real pleasure to cook with scents of mint, coriander, garlic and ginger wafting around the kitchen. Yum!
