Lucie Loves… Fashion // Hell for leather in East London

A simple white shirt can be styled in so many ways. Lacking divine inspiration? Pinterest is perfect for getting ideas when you’re not sure what to wear.

For this look, I wanted to dress it down – turning what is essentially a business wear staple into weekend casual. I paired it with my Topshop skinny jeans, Clarks glove puppet slip-ons sneakers, and my favourite leather biker jacket from Hide Label. 

It’s a monochrome and rather masculine look, made feminine with a punctuation mark of red lipstick and messy hair. (I’m trying to channel my inner Parisian woman. I WISH!)

I like it the simplicity of the outfit. This white shirt street style look is quite a deviation from the colour and print combinations I usually throw on. I think I’ll work the paired back look more often when trying to piece together outfits.
