My choice for my main course was Pan-fried fillet of Sea Bass with Roast red pepper & wild mushroom Puy lentils. Dad chose the pedigree Hereford Sirloin Steak (when in Rome and all that…) with beetroot and horseradish coleslaw and hand cut chips. There were also freshly baked miniature loaves of bread with butter brought to the table before our starters! Delicious!
