My choice for my main course was Pan-fried fillet of Sea Bass with Roast red pepper & wild mushroom Puy lentils. Dad chose the pedigree Hereford Sirloin Steak (when in Rome and all that…) with beetroot and horseradish coleslaw and hand cut chips.
