2 x bananas
1 x mixed chocolate sprinkles (to make it look pretty)
1 bit of scrap card
Some scissors
A glug of Alpro Hazelnut milk
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp Nutella
1 tbsp natural yoghurt

What better combination to get you going on a cold morning than something that could easily be mistaken for a dessert.

Dessert = Happiness.

I decided to make a milkshake-style smoothie using my blender. There isn’t much juice in a banana.

You could probably add more peanut butter, bananas or nutella to the recipe if you fancied, but it tastes pretty good anyway just using the ingredients above. The Alpro Hazelnut milk adds to the Nutella’s chocolatey flavour.

Cut out a heart shape and use it as a stencil when decorating your smoothie with chocolate sprinkles.
