Proofing finished!!!

Just finished proof reading the massive PDF print out for The Walton Lea Project’s -

‘We Are More © - Photo Diaries’ book.

A participatory arts project I have coordinated for The Walton Lea Project, a charity which provides supported employment for Adults with Learning Disabilities. http://www.waltonlea.org.uk

The book contains a collection of photographs by myself, http://www.luciekerley.co.uk and the Adult Artists of The Walton Lea Project http://www.waltonlea.org.uk.

The aim of the project was to provide an outlet for the adults, to help them share their experiences at both The Walton Lea Project and Long Lane Garden Centre, as featured on Channel 4’s Secret Millionaire.

The 'We are More Project" uses cameras and photography as an alternative form of expression and communication. Aiming to overcome boundaries that people with Learning Disabilities may sometimes experience when trying to communicate their thoughts and feelings through spoken or written word. It is to show the world that having a disability does not hinder creativity.

Everyone is an artist in their own right.
